Mission
The mission of SDMC is:
‘Developing management competencies in
Sudan, nationwide and in all sectors’.
And with reference to Benaa Al Godrat:
‘It is SDMC’s corporate
responsibility to boost and
contribute to the development of
management in the context of capacity
building in Sudan’.
International teachers and state of the
art programs
SDMC’s teachers and management
consultants are all international
experts with a fine track record. SDMC’s
management training programs are of an
internationally recognized level, state
of the art, highly applicable, sector
related and with attention to
international and local leadership
concepts.
Success with Action Learning teaching
The teaching method is based on
Action Learning. Managers will
work on their organization problems; not
on endless theoretical issues, but on
implementation: ‘learning by doing’,
‘less books-more brains’!
They focus on challenges and projects
that they need to manage to get on with
their job. By solving problems as a
team with the help of
their colleagues and the international
teachers/experts, managers will not only
gain knowledge. They will be advancing
their management effectiveness already
from the start of the training. And
their company? The company will
immediately get a return on
investment in this action learning
training!
